If you cancel at least 3 days before scheduled departure, a 50 percent charge will apply.

The refund will be made within a maximum of 15 days only to one recipient in case there are several people.
We are not responsible for any incident or damage as a result of an accident since these sports are adventure category, nor for complications of illness, damage or loss of individual belongings or even cancellation of the tour.
When a tour is booked in the office, it must be paid in full. Or at the time of pickup at the bus station, Hotel, the client must pay the total amount in cash. Customers can also use online credit card payment.
The dune buggy, utv, quad 4x4 tours, paragliding, minibuggy are considered adventure tours, therefore they do not have accident insurance due to their category. It is recommended to have insurance under policies other than that of Peru. These services are always commanded by professional people with many years of experience, so you will have to follow their orders and recommendations. The quad, utv, dune buggy, mini buggy rides go with an instructor or a driver who knows the geographic area of the desert, keep in mind these will be a fun ride but not a competition ride. Any damage caused to one of these machines due to recklessness and disobedience to the people in charge will be the total responsibility of the user.
